Guestlink + Booking ExtrasGuestlink + Booking Extras allows you to enhance your guests' stay by offering them the option to purchase extras when they book your property online through any Guestlink channel. This allows you to increase the value of your bookings and make your guests' stay extra special.

Sign up for Guestlink + Booking Extras

You will need to complete a sign up form for Guestlink + Booking Extras.

There are 3 payment options available; Pay-As-You-Go, Monthly or Annual.

We recommend that you start out you opt for the Pay-As-You-Go option with Guestlink so you can see how it works for you. You can switch to either monthly or annual at any time if the extras are successful or are of a higher value.

Setup Instructions

Guestlink + Booking Extras

Now you have signed up you will need to setup the extras you wish to sell at the time of booking.

  • Login to Guestlink and navigate to Update > + Booking Extras
  • Select Add New Extra
  • Enter the Extra Name, description and cost and click Save
  • To add an image click the Upload Image button

If you have multiple extras you can choose the order they appear on the customer booking page.

You can add as many extras as you like and these will be automatically available for a customer to book.
